TICO project aims at promoting technological development to activate the scientific research role and link it to the industry through establishing specialized offices in research and industrial clusters which work on technology innovation and commercialization, following up the research projects and disseminating knowledge about funding opportunities and international collaboration as well as the culture of intellectual property and patents.
