According to the Egyptian State vision and strategy for the sustainable development (Egypt 2030)and supporting the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, it becomes a must that the strategy of Aswan University should be in line with the Information Revolution and the rapid developments in the fields of science and technology to keep pace with the advanced universities in the areas of the international relationships, the issues of technology innovation commercialization and linking the scientific research to the industry. As the current vision is based on the support of innovation, encouraging the inventors and enhancing the small and the micro industries, Aswan university is keen on getting a financial support from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology to create Technology Innovation Commercialization Office in Aswan University (TICO-Aswan) for providing effective services to link the university and the scientific research to the industry and the community needs. So, Aswan University gives a great attention to such projects which help in solving the society and the industry problems in order to achieve prosperity for our homeland Egypt. As for what has been mentioned above I encourage the teamwork of this project to do their utmost for achieving the targeted goals and I invite all the inventors in Aswan to contact (TICO-Aswan) with their innovative ideas that need a financial and academic support. With my best wishes for Aswan University and all the Egyptian universities advanced ranking among the international universities and for our beloved homeland Egypt development and succes. |
