Teamwork:

Dr. Ibrahim Ismail

Project description:

organic debris are found everywhere in restaurants, dorms, hospitals and communities which resulted in environmental pollution hence the idea of making use of these waste in producing energy by establishing a mobile unit containing dam, agitator, pressure gauges, pressure regulator with modification of the feed hole and adding a gas outlet hole to pass through aluminum filter in addition to several stages for obtaining pure gas. It should be noted that the gas production process takes little time due to adding microbes that help in the anaerobic fermentation.

organic debris is an energy source and a fertilizer for plants at the same time.

Using organic debris as a fertilizer only means the loss of its energy which can be gotten easily. Methane is produced from the animal waste by a process called Anaerobic Digestion.
